Where can you find terroir products ?

Provençal market of Saint-Auban takes place every Sunday morning on the Place Péchiney

The specialties of our region:

La fougasse à l'anchois, la soupe au pistou, les pieds paquets, la bohémienne (ratatouille sans poivrons et avec  pommes de terre), le gratin d'aubergine...

Labeled products of our region: 
AOP : Olive oil of Haute-Provence, goat cheese of Banon, wine from the hills of Pierrevert.
IGP : Lamb of Sisteron, einkorn of Haute-Provence, lavander honey, herbs de Provence, apples of Haute-Provence.

Other quality products non-labeled: Chestnut, almond, saffron, black truffle.
